Ubirajara LUCENA
Senior Product Designer & UX Researcher

With a background in cognitive ergonomics and product design, I have been working in the field of user experience for over 20 years.

User‑centred design and human factors are the fundamentals of my work, and I am driven by the desire to improve people's lives by delivering qualitative experiences on the products and services they use.

One of the things that I particularly enjoy about my job is taking into account the specific constraints of a project and assisting the implementation of concrete solutions, from start to finish.

I have experience with all stages of the software development lifecycle: from preliminary UX research and task analysis to dynamic prototyping, usability testing, and front-end development.

More recently, I have been deeply involved in AI-based eHealth and HealthTech. My focus was on converting real user needs into logic and user experience workflows for AI assistants, ensuring that advanced technology served as an intuitive and efficient tool for healthcare professionals.
